The “Bois de la Roche” Stone Castle, constructed in 1899, is a grand residence inspired by the magnificent châteaux of the Loire Valley in France.
This majestic property, located in Senneville, Quebec, spans 18,427 square feet and sits on a 19.69-acre peninsula known as Pointe Forget on the Lake of Two Mountains.

The architectural design pays homage to its French inspirations, maintaining a historical and regal aesthetic while incorporating modern rebuilding on the interior to preserve its structural and aesthetic integrity.
Its Current State
Today, “Bois de la Roche” is a symbol of luxury and historical preservation, showcasing uninterrupted panoramic views of the lake, accessed via a private wooded avenue leading to an impressive gateway.

The estate features three floors plus a basement, offering expansive living spaces that include nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The property combines the grandeur of its historical elements with modern luxury.
