A group of Santa Fe investors, operating as Boyle Historic LLC, recently acquired the historic Boyle House, a centuries-old property located at 301, 313-327 E. De Vargas St. The home, which was listed for $3.6 million in 2023, holds significant historical value, with some experts suggesting it may pre-date the Pueblo Revolt of 1680. The property is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places, further cementing its importance in Santa Fe’s architectural and cultural history.
